OUR KENSINGTON STORY

The Artist Behind Bumblina

At the heart of Bumblina Bakeshop is Khoji Salehi, a pastry artist whose love for baking began with a fascination for detail, texture, and beautiful things made by hand. After completing her Bakery and Pastry Arts training at SAIT, she began turning that passion into the cakes and pastries that have become the signature of Bumblina.

From delicate French-inspired pastries to bespoke celebration cakes, every creation is approached with patience, precision, and a deep respect for the craft. Whether it is a carefully laminated pastry or a cake designed for a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, Khoji believes that the finest details are what make something truly memorable.

FABULOUS selection of tasty treats. All made on the premises. Amazing selection of European style goodies. Scottish Shortbread was delicious - and I am Scottish! The selection is too varied to name them all. I had Strawberry Rhubarb Pie and an amazing brownie. Lemon Meringue pie - was fabulous. It’s mainly cakes (large and individual) but they do have a few savoury items. They also serve coffee. Thanks Sam for brining this delightful store here.

I’ve been to this bakery before and wanted to come back and see the selections they had there. It seems like with certain items the flavours change which makes each visit pretty unique and surprising. For this visit I got a mint brownie cheescake and a vanilla Swiss roll. The Swiss roll was delicious and if your someone who likes their desserts to be be not too sweet then this a spot you should go to. They have a variety of options and staff is incredibly engaging and kind.

They make the best cheesecake I ever had and I’m not usually a cheesecake person! I usually get the CARAMEL BROWNIE CHEESECAKE and I introduced it to all my friends and they all loved it! It’s very creamy but not too sweet! The person working there is very nice and gives great recommendations too! The cheesecake is so good that I never had a chance to take a photo before my friends and I devour it😭 this is proof
